		Dong-Shiuan Enterprise (DS) was established in1972 in Tainan; Taiwan's industrial machinery manufacturing base. Its founder Mr. K.C. Huang, a senior machine technologist, founded this firm to specialize in the manufacture of machinery for Polypropylene & Polyethylene (PP & PE) woven bag production lines. DS PP/PE woven bag production lines revolutionized the Asian bag industry by tripling production speed and efficiency, whilst lowering costs. In addition, production quality was improved to such an extent that it conformed to European standards from the outset.

		The success of DS woven bag machinery has attracted keen competition. However, DS still holds majority market share with its commitment to utilizing the latest technologies and unwavering customer support. To date, we have 3 marketing offices around the globe, providing services and information to customers about DS’s woven bag production solutions. Our range of machinery extends to Cement Bag, Jumbo Bag, Paper Bag and Tarpaulin production lines.

	ISO-CERTIFICATION & AWARDS

		The strong commitment to excellence of our staff, have successfully led DS to ISO-certification; ISO-9002 in 1997 and ISO-9001 in 1999. Certification was awarded by SGS Yarsley (UK). 		Well-educated technical teams are fully supported to contribute their skills in order to ensure that DS products always have the latest technology in this field.

	CNC CAD CAM

		Component quality determines the overall quality of the machinery being manufactured; which in turn determines the maintenance costs during the machine’s life cycle. For this reason DS undertakes in-house production of critical precision parts. Our investments in CNC-tooling machine groups help ensure dependability and reliability in our products. DS also relies heavily on CAD/CAM and LAN to provide rapid response to changes in customer requirements or manufacturing processes. Our CNC-tooling machine groups are capable of micrometer precision. Such precision in manufacturing moving or fixed parts ensures smooth operation of machinery at all times. Power consumption and heat generated from friction are both kept minimal.

	WHOLE PLANT PROJECT

		As the name implies, our Whole Plant Proposal undertakes detailed setup planning in consultation with the customer. The proposal would include plant layout , material consumption , power consumption , waste recycling , and manpower requirements , We feel that customers would be more at ease if we are able to inform them on such matters.

Since installing our first turnkey production line in the Philippines in 1977,we have the distinction of installing machinery or production lines at over 600 other factories worldwide.
